Payment Terms

• 1/3 deposit on booking.
• 1/3 payment 60 days prior to tour commencement date.
• 1/3 Final payment 30 days prior to tour commencement date.
• Payment terms can be negotiated on an individual basis.
• Payments via bank transfer into SCOPE ADVENTURES bank account.
• The package price is quoted in Australian dollars and is subject to exchange rate fluctuations and localised sustainability considerations.

Should you need to cancel a reservation please notify us in writing. Cancellation charges will take effect from the date of receipt of your written cancellation. All monies will be refunded less incurred costs as follows;

• More than 60 days prior to departure - Loss of deposit
• Between 60 - 30 days to departure - 50% of fare
• Less than 30 days to departure - 100% of fare
• At the discretion of SCOPE ADVENTURES tour dates are subject to change.

Transport Transfer

• Pick up at Johannesburg International Airport, or alternate Johannesburg accommodation is on day one of the tour.
• Drop off to Johannesburg International Airport is at approximately 12pm on the last day of the tour or by prior arrangement.
• Please consult your local Travel Agent for flights, pre and post tour accommodation if required.

Package Terms

• A trophy fee is charged for each animal taken that is not included in the package price and must be paid to the land owner on the departure of the hunting stay.

Liability

SCOPE ADVENTURES shall not be liable for any damage, losses and expenses suffered by any client as a result of quarantine, weather conditions, sickness, war, strikes, riots or any other cause whatsoever.

SCOPE ADVENTURES accepts no liability in respect of death, injury, loss or damage to person or property arising out of any act, omission or negligence. The client shall be deemed to have waived, renounced and abandoned any and all right or entitlement which the client may be entitled to under the provisions of the law of the Republic of South Africa for any loss or damage to person or property.

SCOPE ADVENTURES shall not be liable for any loss or expense arising from the loss of property, cancellation or curtailment of the hunting and game viewing safari however caused, save only to the extent that such loss of baggage, cancellation or curtailment was caused by SCOPE ADVENTURES negligence.

Client Responsibility

Clients must at all times abide by the laws of South Africa and not at any time carry any unlawful substances or articles whilst in South Africa. If any such offences occur SCOPE ADVENTURES will be entitled to exclude any such offender from the tour. Any legal ramification will be entirely at the expense of the client.

Jurisdiction

In all matters where it is or may be necessary to have recourse to the Court, the Courts of the Republic of South Africa shall have sole jurisdiction to the exclusion of the Courts of any other country and the prevailing law of the Republic of South Africa shall prevail.
